STEP 1: BROKER SELECTION
You will work closely with your broker throughout the process, which is why it’s so important to appoint a professional, capable of providing the best suited services to your needs, and also someone you feel confident and comfortable conducting business with.  We have a straight forward and honest approach.
STEP 2: PRICING

The most important step in selling your home is pricing it correctly from the onset.  Research shows that overpriced homes take longer to sell, so it is crucial that your initial price matches market expectations.

STEP 3: PREPERATION
